What data do we process?
In order and service processes: name, phone, e-mail, billing address and tax details; for building the site: the logo, photos, texts and contact content you send us; in payments: the transaction result data passed to us by the payment provider. Your card details never reach us; they are processed by the payment provider.
For what purposes and on what legal basis?
- Formation and performance of the contract: taking your order, building and delivering your site (KVKK art. 5/2-c)
- Legal obligations: issuing invoices, statutory retention periods (KVKK art. 5/2-ç)
- Communication: correspondence during order and support processes (KVKK art. 5/2-f)
Who is your data shared with?
Only to the extent the service requires: the payment provider (payment processing), the hosting provider (keeping the site online), our accountant (invoicing and bookkeeping) and, where legally required, the competent authorities. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing.
Your rights
Under article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to processing and to request information on transfers. You can send your requests to info@websitedukkanim.com; they are answered within 30 days at the latest.
