What data do we process?
In order and service processes: name, phone, e-mail, billing address and tax details; for building the site: the logo, photos, texts and contact content you send us; in payments: the transaction result data passed to us by the payment provider. Your card details never reach us; they are processed by the payment provider.
For what purposes and on what legal basis?
- Formation and performance of the contract: taking your order, building and delivering your site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))
- Legal obligations: issuing invoices, statutory retention periods (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c))
- Communication: correspondence during order and support processes (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest)
Who is your data shared with?
Only to the extent the service requires: the payment provider (payment processing), the hosting provider (keeping the site online), our accountant (invoicing and bookkeeping) and, where legally required, the competent authorities. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing.
Where your data is processed
We are established in Türkiye, so your data is processed outside the European Economic Area. Türkiye is not covered by a European Commission adequacy decision. Transfers are therefore based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or, for an order you have placed, on Article 49(1)(b) GDPR, which permits a transfer that is necessary to perform your contract. You can request a copy of the safeguards from info@websitedukkanim.com.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Requests to info@websitedukkanim.com are answered within 30 days.
How long we keep your data
Order, invoice and accounting records: 10 years, as tax law requires. Content you send us for building your site: while your site is live and 12 months after it goes offline. Support correspondence: 3 years. Records of the terms you approve at checkout: 3 years.
Cookies and tracking
Until you make a choice in the cookie banner we set only the cookies the site needs to work; analytics and marketing cookies run only after you allow them, and third parties may set cookies only in that case. We do not act on browser “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no agreed standard for them; the cookie banner gives you the same control at any time.
