In short
If we have not started production for you, we refund you in full. Once the site has been produced, no refund is possible — it is built solely for you and cannot be sold to anyone else.
1. If the information form has not been filled in
Production has not started. On request, a full refund is made.
2. Form completed, production started, preview not yet delivered
Performance of the service has begun, so the right of withdrawal has ended. At this stage a 50% refund is considered as a matter of good faith.
3. If the preview has been delivered
The service counts as delivered and no refund is made. For anything you are not happy with, you can use your revision entitlement.
Deductions
In case of a refund, the cost of the domain registered in your name and the payment provider’s commission are deducted from the refunded amount.
Annual renewal
A reminder is sent before the annual fee renews. If it is not renewed, the site is taken offline; your site files and database are handed over to you on request.
