Website Dükkanım provides a digital service: nothing is shipped by courier. Delivery means your website going live on the internet.
Delivery time
A preview link is e-mailed within 24 hours after you complete the information form. The period starts when the form is completed, not at the moment of payment, and does not run while your content and images are outstanding.
What is delivered
- A working website installed on your domain
- Content entered: texts, photos, contact details
- SSL certificate and the first year of hosting
- Google Business Profile connection and basic search engine settings
- One revision
Shipping cost
As nothing is physically shipped, no delivery charge applies. There is no cost beyond the amount shown in your order summary.
After delivery
You can use your revision for anything you are not happy with. Once paid for, the site belongs to you and can be moved to another hosting provider on request (migration is charged separately). The domain is registered in your name.
Annual renewal
The service fee renews annually; a reminder and payment link are sent before the renewal date. See Cancellation and Refund Terms for details.
