Subject of the service
The ready-made website design chosen by the buyer is prepared individually for the buyer using the information and images they submit, then installed and published.
Price and payment
The service price is the amount shown during the order, including Turkish VAT. Payment is collected in advance through the secure infrastructure of the payment provider. The price recurs annually; a reminder and a payment link are sent to the buyer before the renewal date.
Delivery
A preview link is sent within 24 hours after the buyer completes the information form in full. The period starts when the form is completed, not at the moment of payment.
Revision
One revision is included and must be submitted in a single batch. Covered: removing or adding sections, changing text and images inside a section, changing colours. Not covered: redesigning the overall layout of the site from scratch. Further changes are charged at 1,000 TRY per page.
Right of withdrawal
Under distance selling rules the buyer normally has 14 days to withdraw. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services prepared to the buyer’s individual specification where performance has begun with the buyer’s consent. This service is produced specifically for the buyer, so once the buyer approves immediate performance during payment, the right of withdrawal ends. See Cancellation and Refund Terms for details.
