Buyer: the person or company whose name, address and contact details appear on the order form.
2. Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the service ordered electronically by the buyer, whose scope and price are stated below.
3. Nature and price of the service
A website prepared specifically for the buyer, in the design and scope shown in the order summary. The price includes Turkish VAT, is shown in the order summary and renews annually.
4. Delivery
A preview is provided within 24 hours after the buyer completes the information form. The period does not run while the buyer’s content and images are outstanding.
Delivery notice and acceptance. Once the website goes live, a delivery notice stating the address of the delivered site and the scope of the service is sent to the e-mail address the buyer provided when ordering. The notice contains links through which the buyer may confirm delivery or report a deficiency or objection. If the buyer reports no deficiency or objection within 7 days from the date the delivery notice was sent, the service is deemed to have been delivered in conformity with the agreement. This provision does not remove the buyer’s statutory rights in respect of defective services; it only establishes that the service was performed.
5. Right of withdrawal
Because the service is prepared individually for the buyer and performance begins immediately with the buyer’s express consent, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. The buyer separately confirms this at the payment step.
6. Ownership and portability
Once paid for, the website belongs to the buyer. The buyer may have the site moved to another hosting provider at any time; the migration is charged separately on request. The domain name is registered in the buyer’s name.
7. Buyer’s obligations
The buyer confirms that they hold the rights to use the texts and images they submit and that these do not infringe the copyright, trademark or personal rights of third parties. The buyer is liable for any claims arising otherwise.
8. Disputes
Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
